Kreinik Designer Embroidery Silk Thread Collection, SILK THREAD SAMPLER 25 Silk Mori half-skeins

Silk Mory is 100% Italian embroidery silk thread, comes to you in a 6-compartment storage box, in which the floss is separated by color. This set features 25 colors of Silk Mory half-skeins, 2.75 yds each. This is a 6-ply floss, which you can separate into strands, as your pattern requires. You'll get many more yards of it due to separation of strands.

This selection is called Silk Thread Sampler, as the colors are perfect for brighter pieces and samplers. The chart in the picture is the old sampler by Jerry Estelle Kreinik, the founder of the company that carries Silk Mori, other fine threads, makes metallic threads and braids, and beads.  

These threads are perfect for surface and cross stitch embroidery on all counts linen (20, 28, 32, 36, 40 count) with one strand or two strands of silk Mori. These threads are separable into strands, just like 6 ply cotton floss. Beautiful silk shine will definitely add dimension to your work. 

These threads can also be used and will look amazing in wool and cotton applique.
