Items are shipped by USPS First Class or Priority Mail. 

Orders $30 and below can be shipped by USPS First Class (US$5.50) or Priority Mail (US$7.00).

Your order will be shipped within two business days after purchase unless specified otherwise.

 

Shipping - Outside USA

Please contact us for the shipping costs outside the USA since they vary greatly with the country of destination, dimensions and weight of the item. Thank you.

You'll get a default USPS Air Mail pricing, however, more precise shipping costs may apply.

Custom and other duties in destination countries are responsibilities of the buyer.

 

Returns

Once your item is shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation and the tracking number by e-mail, it's in the postal system. We cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of the items that are in the postal system. if you'd like to insure your purchase, this is provided as a shipping option. 

However, if you got your item, and you would like to return it, our return policy lasts 7 days from the day of delivery. For that purpose, we ship every package with a tracking number. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to deduct 20% as re-stocking fee from the original purchase price.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Before shipping your item back to us, please e-mail us for an RMA number, which should be clearly marked on your package. Along with the RMA number, we shall provide you with an address for return. We reserve right to refuse delivery of packages without the RMA number. Please include a copy of the sales receipt with your return. For your benefit, please ship it with tracking number and insurance against loss or transit related damage.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom orders, including custom-cut fabrics, cannot be returned. CD, DVD, or software that have been opened cannot be returned. Books, magazines with obvious signs of use and/or without all the inserts cannot be returned.

RETURNS FROM ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE USA ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time for refund to show up in your account.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and if we have an additional stock of those or similar items.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

 

Return Shipping

Return shipping address will be provided to you with the RMA number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For your benefit, please ship it with tracking number and insurance against loss or transit related damage. We cannot provide refund or exchange for lost or damaged items.
