This is CHIMERA yarn from the RiverKnits company. This company does a wonderful job of sourcing British breeds wool and hand-dyeing it in the amazing colors, all in Britain.

Chimera is a hand-dyed marl entirely unique to RiverKnits! It is a smooth, worsted-spun 2-fold yarn with a lot of lustre and amazing softness. The Bluefaced Leicester breed produces wool that is strong and next-to-skin soft, making it ideal for a wide range of projects. This yarn will work fantastically in statement shawls, hats, mittens, and jumpers.

This is CHIMERA (DK yarn, thicker than fingering), color Sunflower.

Color: SUNFLOWER, - beautiful combination of two variegated strands of yarn: yellows/golds and maroons/sky blues, so the yarn is always changing as you knit, creating unexpectedly amazing outcomes! Try one for a hat project, mittens or socks, or a cowl with Chimera stripes. on the picture, it comes with a tinge of orange. In reality, it is yellow/golden brown, not orange.
